Our Birthday Experiences and Packages are specifically designed for children ages 1 through 8 and are guaranteed to create lasting memories that you and your child will cherish forever! Our energetic party hosts will have everyone engaged and entertained. Plus, your child will have a blast while bouncing, jumping and having fun on our inflatables, playing up to 150 custom games on our BEAM interactive system, climbing 1 of our child-friendly rock walls and monkey bars, sliding down 1 of our slides and much more in our HUGE indoor playground area! Celebrate with cake and treats in our private party room - don't worry, we've got plates, cups and napkins for the little ones. Relax and enjoy your child's party - we have clean up duty!

We notice all of the details to make sure that your event will be memorable. We know how important your child’s experience is and understand the stress that comes along with planning one. We are here to make every party exciting and memorable!

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shaping Up Our Future Child Development Academy (SUOFCDA) will provide in one of our rooms space, tables, chairs, invitations, paper products for the kids (if needed), and clean up. Client will provide food, dessert, candles, goodie bags for guest, any paper products for adults, serving ware for the event. SUOFCDA is not responsible or liable for any accidents, damages or allergic reactions. It is the responsibility of the parents/guest to inform us of any dietary restrictions, or food allergies in advance of the event.

A deposit of $125.00 is required once the booking form is complete, which $75 is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the event but must be paid in full by one business day before party time. Client/Host may set up within 30 minutes of event unless other times have been approved. The Party/event is 1 hour 30 min (90 min) or 3 hours (180 min) unless approved by SUOFCDA.

In the event that client chooses to reschedule, client must do so within 72 hours of the party/event date. If the event/party is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied towards the new date; as long as the date is within 2 weekends of your original party/event date. If client cancels the party/event within 72 hours and chooses not to reschedule, $50 of the original $125 deposit will be refunded within 5 business days. If party/event is canceled less than 72 hours before event and client chooses not to reschedule, client forfeits the entire $125 deposit amount. If the party is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances agreed by SUOFCDA, the event can be rescheduled, and rescheduling rules will be applied. If SUOFCDA is unable to reschedule client’s party/event within 2 weeks, the full deposit of $125 will be refunded.

Birthdays should not be stressful! Let us take care of you and your special birthday bundle of joy by throwing a personalized and private party in our amazing, HUGE spacious indoor playground, Nanny’s Bounce and Playhouse.

We offer a quick and easy check-in process and trained staff to ensure your child and guests are safe and having fun throughout the event. No need to wait in lines or share your family's special day with anyone else but your invited guests. We will be there so you do not have to worry about a thing.

Parents/Guardians must complete and sign a waiver form for children in order to enter Nanny’s Bounce and Playhouse. We will refuse admittance to those who do not.

Everyone (adults included) MUST wear grip socks in Nanny’s Bounce and Playhouse. If you forgot yours, we have some.

You can not wear anything with glitter in Nanny’s Bounce and Playhouse.

You can not wear glasses while playing..
You can not wear hair bows that can puncture inflatables

Your birthday child will be the first to access our indoor playground, which features inflatables, BEAM interactive games and includes a variety of entertaining kids’ activities and toys. With party add-ons like kids Paint and Sips, you can crank up the excitement even further. Our parties do not disappoint; every guest will have a great time!

Our private party room offers the best and easiest birthday party in the Colonial Heights community. After having a blast with all the attractions, your family and friends can enjoy food, drinks, cake, and presents. Our trained Party Pros will have everything ready for you so you do not miss a minute of the fun. We also make the birthday boy or girl feel extra special with personalized attention fit for royalty and a rousing Happy Birthday cheer. Once everything is over, we will take care of the clean-up.
